Responsible for performing front office functions relating to the check in & check out of patients in a medical office setting.
This includes multi-tasking ability with examples of the following:
taking patient payments, answering phones, scheduling appointments, direct patient interaction.
Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
Job functions:
Answering multi-phone lines; Sending accurate messages to appropriate staff Scheduling patients Verifying insurance Referrals and Prior Authorizations The position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5:
30 pm.
No weekends.
Part time hours and days will be considered for the right candidates.
Vacation, retirement, in office healthcare benefits and health insurance after employed for 60 days.
Must pass criminal background check prior to employment.
