General Maintenance Worker

repairing and maintaining the interior and exterior of multiple centers in the Azle area while following company standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and security.
Other key duties include:
Perform routine maintenance such as touch up painting, rug/floor cleaning, caulking, etc.
Perform plumbing repairs to items such as toilets, faucets, etc.
Perform minor adjustments to classroom furniture, fixtures and other items in the center.
Perform grounds maintenance such as flower beds and tree trimming.
Report major repair needs to the Director.
Powerwashing the exterior grounds.
Washing company vehicles Assist with other repairs based on the current center needs Job Type:
