Responsibilities:
- Perform hair threading services for clients - Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction - Offer retail products to clients and actively engage in retail sales - Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience - Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries - Perform eyelash extensions and makeup application services - Provide nail care services, including manicures and pedicures - Mentor and train junior cosmetologists to enhance their skills Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license - Proven experience in hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care - Strong knowledge of retail math and ability to effectively upsell products - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality services - Willingness to mentor and train junior cosmetologists Note:
