You would be joining an amazing team in a busy office! Experience in the optical industry is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities may include:
Provide exceptional customer service at all times Ability to identify and resolve patient complaints through trouble shooting.
Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data Provide patients with support and guidance as needed Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician availability Process payments from patients for products, co-pays, and uninsured visits Maintain scheduled patient information and insurance verification Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs Check voicemail messages and return calls in a timely manner Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents Work closely with fellow staff to provide the best possible patient care We are looking for a great match for our office.
