Accounts Receivable Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payments and collections that our company is owed by its customers.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer accounts.
Create and send invoices to customers for goods or services rendered.
Receive and process payments from customers.
Follow up on overdue accounts and work with customers to resolve any payment issues.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies between payments and outstanding balances.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales or customer service, to resolve customer issues.
Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain a thorough understanding of accounting principles and company policies.
Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
